DS Flash Equipment > DS wifime troubles

#61616 - dragoneyes718 - Tue Nov 22, 2005 1:57 am

I am using a gbamp v2 with chishms firmware v2, and wifime to try to flashme my DS. Each time I try to boot the app, even with it named _BOOT_MP.nds i get two white screens after the nintendo logo goes away. I have tried FAT, FAT32, appending the ndsloader to the file, and have been doing all this for the last 5 hours... please help me!

oh, and thats not just with the flashme.nds, it does that with any .nds app named as _BOOT_MP.nds after starting with wifime

Try another CF card. Also, you should not prefix a loader to the file, as that is meant for standard GBA flash carts, not the GBAMP.

Also, see what happens without the file on the card. It should reboot into GBA mode.

Nope, I've figured out that v2 isn't compatible with WiFiME, only PassME and FlashME. Put v1 on GBAmp, rename FlashME file to _BOOT_MP.nds and that should work. I had the same problem and tried everything you did. Then I tried v1 and it worked flawlessly.
