it's possible to use all memory for game or only the 256Mb nor and there is posibility to do that

Last I checked, the EFA-II didn't work well for DS stuff. Unless they've released some upgrade since then, I would advise against getting the EFA-II for ds deving. The EFA (original) works wonderfully though.
