If you notice there also a EZ IV on that website; it aslo use miniSD and as small as a regular flashcard. Though I would prefer M3 miniSD because we won't have to remove the entire flashcard to unplug the mini SD card.
Both of them look very good, but still too big for the DS Lite.

The Supercard SD-mini has battery backed SRAM, so you only have to write it one to use your Pass-2. Also, it's the same size as a normal DS cart, and the SD card is accessible without removing the SC.

I think it's worth noting that someone over at dslinux is almost finished (i think) making a flashcart that uses micro-sd and doesn't stick out.

Well it would stick out of Lite but yeah. It's certainly worth checking out.

MiniSD inside M3 Mini SD will stick out more and it's easier to remove. That's the cost of the size.
Super Card Mini SD looks so awesome and is just same size as GBA cart, but the Mini SD card is not so quickly removed if you don't have big nails like girls (so this Super Card is for girls?).
