DS Flash Equipment > Question - Wifime and firmware update, it's that possible?

#78002 - LSD - Tue Apr 04, 2006 2:14 pm

Hi folks,
im new here .. i've found great stuff here so keep up the great work :)
anyway i have a question about WiFiMe and FlashMe firmware ...
if i use Tim Schuerewegen Drivers and tools to connect my DS to my PC in Wifi mode can I upload Flashme V7 firmware into my DS(without using Passme interface and DS game-cart, as described here in this tutorial) ?
I think in this way i can upload demos and apps on a GBA Flash cart and launch it on my DS ... is this possible?
Hope the question it's clear enough ... anyway keep up the good work here :)

What color is your DS's current firmware?

If you have firmware v1 to v3, and you can get WMB to start an official demo, and you can write to your GBA flash card without a loader, then you can use WiFiMe.

Some flash carts insist on adding menu's and stuff, which is bad.
