Is it possible to have a GBA multiboot program that soft reboots the ds into the "boot DS code from the GBA slot" that PassMe induces? If so, this'd be an easy way for lamers (like me) who haven't shelled out the money for an GBA Flash Cart/Passme2.

No. This was one of the first methods that was investigated. The DS in GBA mode can see NONE of the extra DS hardware.

No. GBA mode has no access to the DS hardware. Not possible.
