Can I flash my DS with just a compatible rt2500 and a passme1? I have a v1 DS but I don't have any kind of GBA Flash Cart.

no.....you need a flash cart for that. Go get a GBAMP, it's totally worth it.

OK, well does anyone know where I can get a GBAMP pretty cheap, possibly with a cf or sd card? I found v2s on lik sang for $24.90, but its just the GBAMP and software cd with no cf or sd and no reader. Is that a good price or does anyone know somewhere with better?

that is a good price if you factor in the fact that their are trustable...
and not shady dealers like a lot of other places :P,
and its best to buy a CF card not bundled,
they try to rip you off with bundles :P.
just wait for a sale in a store near by,
and to hold you down and flash it when you get a gbamp,
use a 32mb from a digital camera or something :P
then when a sale is on buy something bigger :)
