I can't seem to get the Passme 2-z to work with the DS Lite.
Does anyone know a good website for the passme 2-z?
Or has anyone else successfully used their passme 2-z with an american ds lite?

Nevermind, I'm stupid. I figured it out.
I'm about to attempt the flashage of a brand new (bought today) ds lite in the US.
Unfortunately everytime I short the SL-1 terminal it turns off.
I'm searching the forum for this solution (post it here if you can).
Once I've succeeded (or failed) in flashing I'll post the results clearly for all to see.

Mission accomplished. I flashed the ds lite successfully.
If there was any doubt,
THE AMERICAN DS LITE RELEASED ON JUN 11, 2006 CAN BE FLASHED WITH A SUPERCARD SD AND A PASSME 2-Z.
COMPLETE with backlight brightness settings.

I used the same, but with a SuperCard CF.

it was shorting out because u were hitting the knob next to the sl1

Actually, I wasn't. That is what baffled me.

I tried a passkey 2 and no luck.
so do i need a passme 2-z? will it work with my g6 flash and m3 perfect sd?
I also have a US DSlite and everytime I use passkey I get white screens :(
I miss my old DS :(

Well when is the last time you used it? Was your old DS flashed? My problem was that I forgot how to use the passme 2-z because my old DS was flashed, and it had been so long since I used it.
