By "windows live", do you mean Windows Live Messenger? If so, search for "beup". Or have the Windows Live Messenger servers already retired the protocol version that beup uses?

windows live is a very big services containing a lot of components, like the live messanger, live mail etc.

the answer to *this* question is therefore: no.
