Around 500 posts, I made the GBA beginners' FAQ. I was first offered the job of moderator sometime around my 1,000th post. I turned it down until I could get a grasp on what then were unwritten rules. By 2,000, I felt ready.
As a moderator, I can edit and delete posts, and I can split, move, and lock topics. That's it. I can't ban, nor can anybody who posted above me. Only an administrator can block others from posting.

ps @ tepples: linkin park *are* lame. they should get banned for real. ;^) except the dj / sound guy, who makes all the cool stuff (e.g. "sessions" of the matrix reloaded ost)
pps: yes, i coud be considdered not completely human, but i'm not a zombie. zombies move in packs. that is a sort of a social structure, what i am unable to follow. ;^p
even vampires have societies and reanimated skelletons communicate using body language... ;^)
