OffTopic > Bookmarks lost, "would you" recover my lost gb lin

#158363 - diabolus - Mon Jun 09, 2008 7:34 pm

I lost my bookmarks due to hdd crash. I remember all the sites I visit regularly. One of things I miss, a site with non relesaed gameboy games. "South Park" for GBC and "Gods" for GBA, were both there + many more games. And it wasn't Unseen64.nets page.

Thanks...

I don't think it'd be wise for us to help you find prototypes of commercial games unless the game's copyright owner has authorized them for free distribution.

Next time you'll back up files that are important.

I lost my bookmarks with my latest month of useful websites on various development topics. I did back them up, but I forgot to put it into my backup folder; hopefully not too much was lost :(

Ask the copyright owner if it is OK, they will tell you if is OK or not OK to do so.

Anyone had a go with the new bookmark/settings-following system in the new Opera? I think it allows you to persist your settings from machine to machine (including handhelds?). I've not had a go yet.

(Oh and the new version of the browser is really, really quick. I thought the previous versions were nippy but 9.5 is like a leap forward!)
