I've seen it. It used to be used quite conservatively to stylize text. And then it got 0U7 0F H4N|). I actually liked iNTeRCaPS on ANSI splash screens. Conversant text, not so much.

The double post is intentional.
Anyone reading up to this post should get it: This thread is a joke - or pretty much satire, if you like.
I was very fed up with pseudo-"elite" and "ghetto-slang" internet language. There had to be a way I could express that. Add to it, that I'm a curious cat and you get a pretty weird mix (which is this thread, including the poll.)
Well, anyways. Just see how many views it generated. I wonder how many times the link got clicked?
I hope that pirate kiddies (and the ones that stayed pirate kiddies on the inside... I guess that's just plain pirates, then) will really try to click the link to get to the "secret, hacked" site.
It's like a mouse trap, only for pirates... (especially for those who believe in the gibberish I wrote.)
... Mice are too sweet to trap them! :^D
So, this thread is a statement about any dumbed down posts we find on this forum (which fortunately hasn't too many of them thanks to the staff and the caring members of the community - minus this thread, that is) and generally on the internet (have you ever read random myspace tv or youtube comments? DON'T! You'll regret it.)
Another thing I observed (in general, not especially on this thread), is that sometimes people don't seem to read enough before they "flame."
Please, ask yourself what you did first: 1) look who posted that gibberish or 2) think about burning that person (who ever that might be) - what's your choice?
You should also ask yourself why you have viewed the thread in the first place.
Was it in hope to find free pirated software?
Was it to "flame" a kid (maybe even for the fun of it) that thinks s/he (believe me, "she" is very valid!) is "cool" by using botchered language? (They say "killer" instead of "cool" these days, don't they?)
Next time you should read, think and only then should you act.
Well, you should have seen that it was me who wrote that junk: 1444 post at the time of writing this and they can't possibly all be bad - which by the way translates to 9th most posts in this forum! I believe that, along with the more or less helpful posts I write, should be enough to make me a "legitimate" member.
So, the ones "knowing me" from my usually more serious posts, should have understood the intention of the whole thing (and preferably played along.)
Well, at least some did.
This "roleplay" can be viewed as a staged negative example and any similar (but "serious") posts can be directed here with the intention to reflect on a person's disrespectful abuse of that beautiful gift we call language.
Finally, pirates - whether "little" or "big" - should remember: This forum is NOT about software piracy, so don't even mention it indirectly in anything you write.
If you don't respect that, you should leave and never come back (well, at least until you change your mind and buy the things - not only software is affected by piracy - you enjoy.)

Heh...I kept reading it every few hours hoping you'd actually give us a punchline. After awhile of no punchline, I started wondering if maybe:

Also, a stupid/gibberish comment is still stupid, no matter who posted it. I didn't see much burning/flaming of you in this thread, but plenty of comments about your gibberish, which is definitely appropriate.

In my case, it was to find rule violations. But once I looked at the URL in Firefox's status bar and found a self link, I recognized satire and figured I'd join in. So I posted the link to Lockjaw and moved it to OT.
