Am I the only one who thinks a list of tools without ratings on its use or any form of review makes it doubly difficult to see what's good. Sure, every tool is good in its own right; but there is a certain class of tools that should stand out.

Call it a set of selected tools, but either way some form of rating/classing would be a good thing. What do you think?
