We got some necrobumper who quotes random sentences from someone's post who just posted many many times.

Captcha will not help. This was done by a live person. Unfortunately this is the new trend in spam. Forum trolls.

Taken care of.

Live people don't manually copy paste sentences from a user in the thread so it look like the spammer is on-topic. This was tool-assisted.

quite possible in this situation, but I have been reading a lot of articles about manual spam lately...

lol, that sound like a cool job:
-what are you doing in your job?
-I'm spamming forum all days trying to make my posts looks on target...

If the work environment is halfway decent and you are making minimum wage, I'm (unfortunately) not convinced it would be a bad job.

... and it even gives you a chance to read interesting posts from boards around... yes, I think there are worse jobs around ;)

I highly doubt any "job" like this is marginally productive enough to even generate minimum wage. I suspect it is more along these lines.

And having a job that occupies your brain but doesn't let you actually USE your brain in interesting ways would be really frustrating. Boring, but not so boring that you can do it and spend your mental energy on something else. Sounds miserable to me.
