I've noticed online that there's a real possibility of homebrew on the 3DS soon. Is there an established forum out there for this already? If not, perhaps it could be made here on forum.gbadev.org as an additional section like the DS is. It'd be nice to have everything together.

So since the 3DS exploit has been released, is this something that might be considered? I'd love for this community to kick start again, especially on this forum.
