From the replies I got, i'm guessing that i'll probably need this GBAFix.
My next question is pretty obvious..

Does anyone know where I get this GBAFix?

Not sure if the one you want is there, but I'm sure one of them will suit your needs (personally I use fugbar, as it's makefile-ready and a has a Win32 gui version :))
