I know there's a nes emu for GBA but what other emus are out that work on the GBA? Is the GBA powerful enough to run turbografx, genesis, etc emus?

That's what there is. The GBA isn't powerful enough to emulate any of the systems you mentioned.

XeroxBoy: Yes, there is the beginnings of a TurboGrafx-16 emulator, and it's called PCEAdvance. (The TG16 console was called "PC Engine" in Japan.)

There was a C64 emulator in progress, however no news for a few months now :(
