i know this is way off topic but it seemed to be the best place to post it.

i need help with a lttle help with my programming thats not about the GBA emulator and the platform is not C++.

i need for someone to help me get a picture file and put it into a picture box using Visual Studios C#. if anyone could help me out it would be great.
