In Pokemon Ruby(GBA) I have done everything and have 183 pokemon. But my friend accidntaly started a new game and overwrote my saved game.
Please tell me how to recover my previously saved game.

You can use gameshark to get everything back or create a new game since there is no way that you'll be able to recover the saved game.

And keep your Game Pak under lock and key.

Well that won't really bring him the saves back but I guess he will of course keep it in a save place in the future.
