More recent versions of WinRAR can handle .7z as well.

So? 7-Zip is a freeware.

Just use winRAR. Most versatile unpacking tool ever if you ask me.

WinRAR isn't very useful if you get turned down for fifty job offers.

I have no idea what relevance this has to anything at all.

I don't have a job yet because nobody in town responds to the resumes that I send out. If I don't have a job, I have to stick to free software or freeware, which WinRAR isn't.

The trial version of WinRAR never expires.

The trial version of winrar can also have its popup messages disabled by removing the word "reminder" with a hex editor.

I'm not asking this to use with winrar since I have already bought winrar because I like it so much, but where can I find out how to use a hex-editor to do this kind of stuff? I just find it interesting and have never used one before.
