I there any free place you can host a 50 mb file to share other people on the internet can download? My web has 200 k limits.

if your internet's fast try p2p networks: BitTorrent, eDonkey. The only problem is the bad reputation of these networks.

or
www.megaupload.com
or
www.uploading.com
or
www.content-type.com

there are MANY sites you can use :)
(for free)
so :)
go and upload :)
