Do you think this means that we can distribute homebrew via the Revolution's version of "Live Arcade" ?? With that kind of audience I think the homebrew scene would really take off!

I'm not sure that homebrew developers are the targets of Virtual Console. They're probably talking about smaller (privately held) corporations, and I see no reason why they won't continue to reserve the right to discriminate against^W^W "Wii-d out" dabblers.
