Okay, I've tried Moonshell but it's too restrictive with its 30MByte file size limit.
Have tried GBAMovie but that requires MP3 files to first be converted.
Is there no simple MP3 player for the DS (or GBA) where you can simply drop the relevant MP3 files (a few hundred MBytes maybe) onto the Flash card along with the relevant program file and play them?
Thanks

Which flash card?
And you had to "convert" the .wav files produced by your CD ripper to MP3 files, no?

True, which is one reason I don't want to have to convert them back again. A nice 'drag and drop' option on the MP3 files would be nice for Flashing, especially as I also play a lot of large files (a few hundred megabytes) from audio books.
It's a Compact Flash card.

The only limit is your card size if you're using a CF card...

Strange, then why does it moan once the file size gets to 30MBytes? Shouldn't be a problem on my PC as I'm using FAT32

The answer to this question depends on which flash equipment you're using. We can't help you unless you tell us.

Sorry, thought I had - it's a Supercard CF.
Or am I missing something? :)

Try installing MoonShell to your CF card and then just copying the MP3 files, as opposed to building an EXFS.

Thanks. No luck I'm afraid, when I select an MP3 file I now get the error:
not support ext.MP3

You need to install MoonShell to your card, not just copy it. This includes installing the MSPs, which contain the codecs.
