it's a dark blue and white. i tried the start and select bulue but i didnt like it so much as just the a and b being blue.

Since you have obviously opened it, I was wondering, is there an easy way to pull off just the clear shell...
I was wondering if I could put a piece of paper inbetween the clear and white plastic, and I havn't had the balls to try to pull it off.

The clear plastic and the white are one piece. You aren't going to get anything between them unfortunately.

I've gotten my fingernail in between the clear and the white on mine. On the bottom half that is. Right below the touch pad.

the white case has a clear trim on it. it doesnt go all the way around. so your fingure was between the clear trim and the ds' main body. init.

I was going to do this with my DS. But it's ugly mixing colours on 'phat' DS (i have silver and graphite black shell replacement which I wasted my money on because I made a big scratch.
Why would you want paper between exactly?
