Main Page
I noticed a number of people saying 'h0w d0 1 p47ch 4 d1d1 f1l3?!' in a few forums now. Here, you can just download the one for your card. Instructions are on the site and should be very clear.

The right click patcher is better IMO. In fact, I recommended it to newbies on another forum.

Considering you need to actually rename the binary (twice, since you probably don't want your file to remain homebrew.nds) I think a lot of people are just going to go for the aforementioned right-click patcher. If you're going to have a batch file at all, you may as well script it to patch whatever the user drags and drops onto the batch file icon. One swift movement, as simple as it can get.

It's called DLDIrc. It's useful for patching everything but the exec_stub in DSOrganize.

On the DLDI note, I've been trying a lot of different patches trying to get various apps to work properly. I eventually took a hex editor to the M3 Alt DLDI to avoid confusion when using the winGUI one. It'd be nice if the annotation in the files were varied.

Eh?

I think Tepples said that because it only associates the context-menu commands with .nds files, not .bin.

The page has a new one now, patches ALL .nds and .ds.gba files with the set dldi driver.
