DS Misc > Affine transforms -- I don't get it.

I've put a new version of DSGUITest up: http://giesler.biz/~bjoern/downloads/DSGUITest.zip. I'm currently testing direct manipulation of affine background parameters from my animation class. If you want to have a look, check the last tab (Anims).

The thing is, it's doing what I expect for CX, CY, and XDX; XDY does the same as XDX, instead of shearing, and YDY and YDX do something weird altogether.

Any ideas? Has anyone seen this before?
