I would like to run NDS applications such as DSOrganize on my computer. Is this possible, if so what do I have to do.

What operating system does your computer run?

You could try running them in NDeSMuME, NO$GBA, Dualis, or iDeaS. However, these emulators tend to have low compatibility, especially with programs that read and write files on the memory card.

Desmume emulates a GBAMP so that files work, but folders don't, so DSO and Moonshell wouldn't work.
