Developers RARELY give out the source code. You'd know if you had it. The only developer I can think of that releases source is id Software, creators of Doom, Quake, and Wolfenstein...and seeing that those three are already ported, good luck finding something with source.

If this "Megaman X" is the same as the SNES version of "Megaman X", then you can play the game on the DS already using one of the SNES emulators.
