I'm italian and i'm searching an appplication for traslating from english to italian (or other language).
Is there something which works good?

TranslatorDS works well as a dictionary, but it requires a slot-2 device with GBA compatibility to run.

Do you want a dictionary that translates single words from English to Italian, or do you want something that translates entire sentences? For entire sentences, do the available web browsers work with AltaVista Babel Fish or Google Language Tools?
