Is there anyway to convert flash (swf) to .dpg?

Not directly, no. But you can convert .swf files to movie files. Unfortunately I don't remember where exactly you can find such a converter.

There are screen capture tools that record videos and capture sound from your desktop, which of course is probably the most accurate.

Otherwise, there are SWF to AVI converters but they cost money, and are probably not as accurate.
