According to whom? I have not heard of an official statement announcing an English version.

Last i talked to the leader of translationRL they have made great progress with it

I'm not convinced. First of all, I have not been able to find that particular news, not on IGN nor on GameSpot. I only noticed an announcement for a Japanese sequel to the game, maybe that is what you were thinking of.

it's me, mar... ehm, sephiroth87 xD
well, first, let me say one thing, there are more replies here than in the thread where i announced the project, lol xD
i don't believe jss will come out in english, and no one spoke 0bout it at e3, so...
however, the project is still alive, and like normatt said, we have just made a big progress (we'll news it soon...)
the only problem is i'm going to have a bunch of exam in the next 2 weeks, so i had very few time to work on the project...
so, a couple of week and i'll start again to work on the project, and i hope in the future to have more free time than that one i had in the last months...
glad to see someone is still looking forward to the prjoect :)
ps: the project is "English Super Stars", TranslationRL is our group :P

finished my exam yesterday...
now, i need some days to finish to write some tool, and some part of the script, and i'll make a news, with new photos...
however, don't expect any download, i think we'll need more time for another one :P

JSS won't come out in English cause all of the brands are not owned by one company like they are in Japan. It would be a licensing hassle and spike the price of the game
