hi when i try to convert video for DS moonshell most of video converts fine but most of video there is message pops up and says

"Aspect ratio could not be detected. Please set width and height manually."

what does this means? I ignored it and try to convert video messege pops up and says convert fails...

I downloaded 1.3 version and it doesnt work... what i can do?

What sort of video are you trying to encode? (File type, codec, size, etc.)

As for the aspect ratio warning, I get that a lot myself, but it hasn't affected my results.
