Programmers and spriters and general people are always welcome.

Clash is a SSB clone for the NDS developed using libnds. We plan to add various chars and stuff. If you would like to help, learn more, or just talk with people there, go to the forum.


This is a test version. You'll find the general menu, character select, stage select, and a Goomba killing people. (this was to test damage and knockback, as next test will have the AAA Combos)

I remember a time when fighting games just wanted to be themselves, and not Super Smash anything.
No, actually I don't, but I do know that trying to build an actual fighting game would be a far more fruitful pursuit than trying yet again to build Smash on the DS.

why?
Seems to me smash is probably easier to build then most fighting games, due to it not being based around a bazzilion moves per charecter.

Original Characters, Some changes in gameplay and stuff you say?
Or something else?

All original characters, stages, art, music, names, etc. The gameplay can be exactly the same if you want it to be, although if I were doing a pure clone I would try to come up with a unique "selling point", even if it is going to be free software.

I understand it's a demo and everything, but seeing sloped surfaces work improperly makes it look really bad.
