i see in youtube and in lot of websites that made video-reviews
that the video they show is at full quality, not recording the video from a NDS that play the game, so my question is,
how they do it? DS Emulators usually don't work, and i never saw a cartridge to allow AV-out to record the game in full quality.
something like that:

Some of those websites use material provided by the game studios...

The "Nitro Capture" unit is available to established video game journalists.

Is there no commercial solution for the NDS similar to the GBA2TV or the GBA TV Transverter?

seems no kusma
but you can use GBA tv tunner in your NDS. That will allow you win "tv-in" to your NDS, (just that)
so the hardware they use is called Nitro Capture ds, nice to know that info!
seems is just available thru nintendo to journalistes and price is about 1000$,
here it is the big box:

I seem to recall a product like that long ago that attached to the top screen and used a camera to capture the image, which it output to a TV screen. A similar one was made for the PSP as well. Don't remember anything else about it other than the fact that the PSP and DS ones were mentioned in the same article.
Not exactly a TV-out of course, but I guess it worked somewhat.

[sarcasm=mild]
If you don't like having to pay for delivery, then get a laptop computer. The majority of laptops come with built-in TV output, and you can buy them, along with everything needed for running homebrew apps, in brick and mortar stores.
[/sarcasm]
But for me, the price of delivery is often less than bus fare plus time off work.
