Hardware > Socket for GBA Catridges

Hello,

For fun, I'd like to build a GBA cart reader. I'd like to build or obtain a socket that easily accepts GBA catridges and has a compatible pin-out for interfacing to the rest of my circuit. What are my best options in terms of cost and ease of procurement? Are there any off-the-shelf parts that would work or could be easily addapted to GBA carts? Would the socket from an old GameBoy or GameBoy Color be a viable option?

Thanks for your assistance!

yes, or a super gameboy, or transfer pak, etc. You may need to file a tiny bit of plastic off both sides however due to the little slots at the bottom of a gba cart.

Jeff sell GB cart sockets at a few bucks each.

Thanks for the info, guys.

I'm new to this board, so I'm not sure who Jeff is. Can you give me his e-mail address?
