is there any way to use gameshark with a flash card. mine doesn't recognize the game and won't load.

Use a GameShark with original Game Paks. Why would you want to GameShark a homebrew ROM anyway?

um thanks mr. helpful. I like to keep all my games with me at once and i use a gameshark on the original games and would like to on the roms too.

Carrying cases are cheap. Barring that, I'm guessing that there exist PC-based programs that can decode a GameShark code and apply it as a patch to the GBA ROM before you write it to your flash cart.

If you really want to use GS codes, you can make them work by writing the game in single-rom mode, normally. However, this defeats your stated purpose of carrying around many games on one cart. Sorry.
