can i plug a gba to gamecube cable into a GBA and put that into a gamecube to usb adaptor to use my GBA as a pc joypad?

WHERE WOULD I GET A GBA TO PC CABLE IF THAT DOSENT WORK THEN??? - sorry the reply button dosent want to work

No. The GBA would need to be running a program in order to send the controller information. The GameCube to USB adapter would have to know how to send that program to the GBA. I don't know of any that do.
