The main page had the SWI libraries link, though with it(and all downloads on the gbadev.org website), the download doesn't work. I need a mirror.

The downloads work, however, you can't right-click them and "save as." The site will think that someone is linking directly to their content and refuse you. Just left-click what you want to download and let the download prompt appear on its own.
Unless, of course, you already know that and are experiencing something else? Downloads sure work for me...

Some people may be in the habit of right-clicking download links because they by accident have .zip files associated with "Open now" instead of "Save".

I've tried getting them through all means, including trying to download them on mozilla.
