Coding > WTF??? Dragon basic help

When i try to comile i get this message-

CORE.DBC [error] line 10: Unknown compiler directive? REQUIRES

i have the core.dbc and core.f so why wont it compile, PLEASE HELP, first time coding

The #requires directive needs Dragon BASIC v.1.4 to work.
