Coding > JVM for GBA?

I was wondering if anyone has tried, succeeded, or is in the process of creating a Java Virtual Machine for the Gameboy Advance?

Well, upon further searching I did find this:

But it looks like you need to buy the hardware from that specific vendor in order to use it. I'm interested in developing a JVM that can be loaded on to a regular cartridge along with any applications or applets you might want to run. I intend on starting up a project shortly on http://sf.net if anyone is interested. Who's with me? ;-)
