Magnus has mentioned that a MIDI Plug-in for Pogoshell is available:

The makers of the BookReader for Game Boy Advance released a MIDI Pugin
for the 'Pogoshell' operating system on GBA.

CHANGES IN V0.91:
- Added Electric Organ Sample
- Implemented Pitch Bend
