Michael Shamgar has sent one of the demos that comes with the Catapult library:
This is one of the demos that comes with Catapult (with full source), built
into a ROM. It has been tested on a real GBA, as well as VisualBoyAdvance.
This is significant, because we have finally got full sound/music working
properly.
