Federico Severi has released a virtual flute for the GBA:

PocketFlute 0.5 is a small application made with Ham 2.8 that permits you to play
a virtual flute on your GBA, while seeing its music score.

Controls:
C--Do--LEFT
D--Re--UP
E--Mi--RIGHT
F--Fa--DOWN
G--Sol-A
A--La--B
B--Ti--L
C--Do--R

It doesn't sound too good... And it's to few tones. How about using the GBAkkord system? ;) But it's nice that you can see what you play, you could build some interesting features on that...
