_Nessie_ sent us his new Palette Editor PaletteEd.
It's only about half done, but it still has lots of nifty features
(at least I think it does, heh). Maybe it'll be of use to someone?
It apparently doesn't run under Win 9x, so I'd advise not even trying,
but it does work under Win XP & 2000.
