Jespa has released a cool new 3D engine:
Controls:
UP/DOWN/LEFT/RIGHT : Move the player.
A/B : JUMP/DOWN the player.
L/R : View UP/DOWN the view.
START : Fly mode.
SELECT : View info.

Quite laughable that the textwritting function is eating so much FPS - try pressing select to remove the overlay and see how much you gain from that.
Pretty nice engine, save for the font-handling (sprites anyone?)

I have gamestudio (if you've ever heard of it). Do you know if i can make 2d games in that and convert it to be able to use it in my DS or do i have to have a graphics engine specifically made for the DS? Can i run this engine on my computer and build a level and compile it with this engine?

Excellent work Jespa.
Very impressive, your custom engine renders very similarly to DooM, are you using BSP rendering? If so kudos on the ramps, as I recall Carmack didn't want to include them in the DooM engine for one reason or another. Probably too computationally expensive for those 486SX's back then.
Anyway keep up the awesomeness.
