Here's my latest (and by far the best) GBA demo from Breakpoint 2008, I hope you enjoy it. There are some syncronization problems that hasn't been ironed out yet, but it should be worth the watch either way! :)

This is a GBA demo, and a GBA has one speaker.

I really don't care about the GBA having only one speaker, but it was more of a question about performance and the amount of time that we had. Mono is faster, and the implementation we had wasn't stereo, so we cut the idea.

(just tried it on my 3-in-1)
The 3D looks almost PS1 quality, and the effects aren't the stereotypical lens-table effects that everyone else has overdone.

Apparently didn't have enough time to cut the playback at the end too. Still, just a really small flaw in an otherwise [i]very[i] good demo.

Any way to run this on supercard sd? I tried it with VBA, and looked very nice, minus the emu probs...

I just need to compile it with supercard compatible waistates, what's the fastest I can set 4000800h and REG_WSCNT to to not break compatibility?

In my EZ4 Shitfaced demos work really good, but your demo only shows 2d things like the lens flare. 3d things doesn't appear and also there's no music.

This version then? http://www.student.dtu.dk/~s072421/unibrau_slowlamerversion.rar
I forgot vsync in the hex scene, sorry about that.

Wowww, that was cool!

Thanks Graga. Now it runs on scsd, but the end part is corrupt. The Milkmen picture doesn't show. Does the same on VBA, too..
Anyhow, great demo!

the regular version work pretty fine on a M3 perfect, and i am able to see the milkmen picture at the end, but it stay "frozen" on that picture, and music seem completly corrupted after that...

That's what VBA did too. But consider the fact the music fades out and the noise doesn't start until after some silence?

Hint hint: That's the end of the demo ;)
Uploading a fixed version with end screen working 100% of the time and which vsyncs on the hex scene.
