Heya.
Some days ago, I attended to Breakpoint 2005 with 500 (or more) other demosceners. The whole party had 2 serious GBA demos, and a single "jokeprod";
EffektWerk - coded by me, the next one will be worthy the name of Scoopex :P
Berlin Precision by Matt Current; excelent demo with nice 3d scenes.
Aliens Ruined The Carpet - fast demo, by me.
And now for the fun:
Team Pokeme pokemon-mini hacking video,
Shizzle - The product of their hard work :)

Well, they even added PM as a platform on pouet - it's not just a fun project, we even made the 1st place with it, even though we really didn't think of getting any higher than ~3rd place.
There is going to come more PM stuff after this (hopefully ;)). I found "Berlin Precision" very good too.
I didn't even see "Aliens Ruined The Carpet" on the big screen... i was probably busy with something different... :(
I think there also was a Gameboy Color demo that was pretty good.
I am currently having 2 game ideas for Pokemon Mini in my mind but i need a (good) GFX artist for it.

Nice work =)
I allmost feel like getting back to code some demos myself when I see stuff like this.

Problem with the demoscene is that I've never heard of a party anywhere near Indiana. Otherwise, I would be in.

Then in a country without parties, what's the way to get a decent audience for a demo?

Of course you won't find audience there. You need to use a plane to come to here or use the internet to spread your prod (but that's a lot less fun)
