ASM > ARM Disassembler?

That's a free nds disassembler. It's a little bit better than objdump but still hard to follow

IDA is a perfect util for reverse engeneering code on a GBA.

I'm not sure, but I think it is possible also for NDS (not only GBA).

Last I checked, it also costs at least $400.
