Graphics > Problems with tiles in MapED

Hi all, I have some Problems with Nessie's MapED. If I build a map with the included sample tilesets everything works fine but if try to use my own tilesets it looks strange (like I've used the wrong Palette).
In MapED the map looks like it should but if I test it on VisualBoyAdvance I get those graphic errors.
The tileset is a 256x256 uncompressed indicated 8bit bmp file and i've also tried to create it with different programms (Photoshop, GIMP, ect.)
What am I making wrong?

Ok I've solved the Problem. MapED only allows 16 color Palettes.....
