Usenti's palette tools are quite excellent, with the sorting being especially useful when optimizing. I'm missing one tool (that Graphics Gale provides) though, a brush that swaps the color indices of pixels in the image. To be honest it'd also be just as useful (perhaps even more so) to have this as a toggle in the Palette Index Swap dialog, "Affect Image Pixels" or something.
