I know ill probably get shot for saying this but.....lol uhhh do you have to draw the sprites on paper then scan them or is there a way to draw them on the computter.....yes im retarted

You can draw them in GIMP, a paint program available for *BSD, Linux, Mac OS, and Windows.

You can also draw them in MSPaint, Adobe Photoshop, Jasc Paint Shop Pro, as well as many other graphics softwares.
But remember, when using any images in GBA programming, they have to be converted to either a .h file or an object file that needs to be linked.
